Squash Spaghetti


I've had a very long and busy day but I wanted to share with you the new recipe I tried today. 

Squash Spaghetti
Low carb- Less Calorie Spaghetti alternative.

Ingredients: 
1) Spaghetti Squash
2)Pasta Sauce
3)Ground turkey


                   Step 1- Cut the spaghetti squash in half and scoop out the seeds. 





Step 2- Place both halves face down and cook for 50-60 minutes

Step 3:
While the squash is cooking begin cooking your ground Turkey on the stove top. Season to taste. I just used some adobo and Garlic powder.


Step 4: Add spaghetti sauce

Step 5: Take Squash out of oven when done and scoop out the insides. Should resemble noodles.





And there you have it Spaghetti squash. I never even knew you could make Spaghetti out of Squash but it was delicious and Healthy :)

Tomorrow Morning I have an Herbalife Training Seminar (so i need to get my sleep) But I am sooo excited. I'm always looking forward to learning new things and I've never been to one before so it will be a new experience.
